شبح اليأس محرِّك الحب

المرض وضعف الجسد هو المصير الحزين الذي يسير نحوه كل إنسان في قصة حياته، ويتمنى كلٌ منا لو استطاع تفاديها. ومن بين كل الأمراض يظهر الاكتئاب كحالة لها خصوصيتها إذ يسلب الإنسان القدرة على تمنى واقع أفضل وبدلاً من الشعور بالحزن أو الفرح، يسلب الاكتئاب قدرتنا على الشعور من الأساس. وحكايات الاكتئاب الشخصية المتنوعة هي ما تعرضه هذه الحلقة، وتعرض بعض النصائح للتعامل معه.
