Three young graduates are set to get a step ahead of their career. The trio has embarked on their career journey under the Next Generation Internship Programme (NGIP), a flagship initiative of the West Africa Civil Society Institute (WACSI).

The NGIP empowers young professionals with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their chosen career fields through hands-on on-the-job trainings, mentorship and coaching. creating an environment where interns can flourish and grow.

The initiative since its inception in 2008, has groomed 72 graduates across the region who are contributing significantly to the socio-economic and political development of the African continent.

Our new interns: Aisha Saliho Dukuray, Akoua Andrea Marie Bla Yao and Bubacar Djabi Djaló, are from Sierra Leone, Cote d'Ivoire and Guinea Bissau respectively.
