The second release in the new generation IL-2 Sturmovik titles is dedicated to the defense of Moscow, the capital of the Soviet Union. The campaign tells about the desperate situation when the German army had reached Moscow’s outskirts and the Red Army’s fierce counteroffensive. Battle of Moscow comes with eight (8) aircraft which saw action in the skies near Moscow.
