Get ready to be Inspired!

Ingredients:

Paratha:
3 cups self rising flour
1 egg
1 tsp salt, 1.5 tsp sugar
1 cup milk "please use initiative as explained in tutorial".
Ghee for brushing on to paratha and for frying
Flour for dusting the surface area

Aloo bhajee:
3 medium red potatoes or Morris pepper / King Edwards
1 diced onion
1 diced tomato
2-4 green chilli
2 tbsp ghee & 2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp Punch Phoron
1.5 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Coriander to garnish

Omelette:
3 medium eggs
1/2 diced tomato
1/2 diced onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2-4 tbs oil for frying
Coriander for garnish
