This video is about Walt Disney World 2020-Character Cavalcades AKA Mini Parades. Currently in WDW there are no parades. This avoids large crowds from forming. Instead they have these "Character Cavalcades" that pop up randomly throughout the parks. You never know when and where they will be which helps with crowd control and safety. It's a nice twist on the traditional parades that we have come to know and love.
