I make some progress welding the mount and drilling the winch holes and come up with a plan for the fairlead mount. So far its coming together. I picked up a badlands apex 12k winch for the project that has both wired and wireless functionality. And it is waterproof. I did end up getting a synthetic winch line for ease of use but what actually sold me was because this one is portable, the steel cable model is much heavier. Thanks for watching
