I will restore this rusty mechanical elephant bank made by Hubley. The mechanism is not working and it's missing a spring.

I started by dissasembling the bank. The parts were cleaned from old paint and rust with laser cleaner I loaned fron W2M laser, to learn more about that you can go to: https://w2m.fi/en/laser-cleaning/

The pieces inseide the bank were protected agains rusting with gun blue solution. Other pieces were painted.

I created a tool to easily make a new spring from piano wire with just a hand drill to replace the missing spring. I ended up using 0.5mm wire.
