03/22/2023 Montour, Ia. Finally the day of the track 2 bridge replacement. Another minute later on arrival and I would have missed the view of the old CNW bridge on the crane! The lunda Construction crew apparently had an early start that morning. There was a lot going on at once that day and I spent nearly 12 hours in Montour. A hand full of trains went by with slow orders throughout the day. The track 1 bridge will also be replaced sometime in early April.
