Recipe:
1 pound ground meat ( I used lean pork)
1 egg
1 TB mayonnaise
3/4 c. Arborio or other short grain rice
1 small onion
2-4 garlic cloves
1 jar of strained tomatoes
1 head of sour cabbage
Spices: 1/2 tsp both salt and pepper, 1 tsp both onion and garlic powder, 2 TB of good quality paprika
