Trailers tend to just sit in the back corner until they are called into service periodically. These long stretches of sitting followed by being used non-stop for thousands of miles are torture for mechanical components. Then you add in dragging your trailer down dirt roads, or loaning it out to friends, and the issues keep piling up.

Merl Jessup has seen just about every possible trailer issue under the sun in his years of building and repairing trailers. Merl is one of those rare people with hands on experience who also has the ability to articulate issues and teach others of what to look out for.
