Bernie Taupin is the man who has written the lyrics for Elton John’s countless classics. Their extraordinary creative partnership has been chronicled in biopics such as Rocketman, and Elton's autobiography. But Bernie, a famously private person, has kept his personal account of their adventures close to his chest until now.

In his memoir 'Scattershot: Life Music, Elton And Me', Bernie tells stories of late-night hours with John Lennon, tales with Frank Sinatra as well as how he helped inspire lyrics to classic hits such as 'Tiny Dancer', ' Candle in the Wind' and 'Your Song'.
