This video shows how to enable and set up a WIFI hotspot (aka wifi tethering aka Personal Hotspot) on an iPhone 15 Pro Max, as well as a iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 15.

NOTE that this feature is dependent on your SIM card. if your carrier doesn't allow tethering, this function will be disabled on your phone while that card is in the phone. Try it with someone else's SIM card that allows tethering to see if your phone works then.
