वीर्य में सामान्य से कम शुक्राणुओं की स्थिति को शुक्राणु में कमी यानी स्पर्म काउंट कम होना कहते हैं। आमतौर पर जब एक पुरुष के वीर्य में 1.5 करोड़ प्रतिलीटर से कम शुक्राणु होते हैं तो उसे मेडिकल की भाषा में शुक्राणु में कमी कहा जाता है।
