Welcome to weigh in #2! I swear this was one of the hardest videos for me to make because I felt like an ABSOLUTE failure. I kept thinking; will I ever get it together?! Honestly, I never thought I would be at a place in my life where losing even 5 pounds would be a hard accomplishment - I have never had this issue. My head does not want to cooperate and I have been truly letting my addiction to food control my decisions. Going forward, my weight loss journey WILL be successful and I will no longer let my mind ruin it - I am stronger than this. Basically, I would love if you guys kept following along because I know that soon I will be crushing it with this whole weight loss journey. Please be patient with me just like I am trying to be with myself :)
