In this video, we are racing against the clock to finish up the Industrial Suites before tenants move in. With our major obstacle being the city, will these inspections pass in order to let us keep moving on the project?


Callused Cash is a team of three wild #entrepreneurs. Makala Gerland, Devin Gerland, and Shelby Traylor. They met while Shelby was running his welding rig truck and Devin and Makala were working to get a small fabrication shop off the ground. After building a solid working relationship, the three became more and more committed to moving past the small projects that barely paid the bills to the big projects that put solid food on the table. These three take being underestimated to a whole new level. There are no trust funds or old #money here. Just good old-fashioned big ideas and a work ethic that would make Grandpa proud.


The purpose of the Industrial Suite Series is to bring you along with us as we work through the #construction, working with the city on #coding and #inspections, to getting tenants in the door and making sure the project is #profitable, all the way to exiting out of this project and into the next one.
