VW sent me the 2022 #VWID4 Pro S AWD for review. With 295 hp and 339 lb-ft of torque, the ID.4 is a quick, heavy EV. Interior is well-designed until you start interacting with the touch capacitive controls and the convoluted menus. Best ambient lighting and pano roof I've tested BUT the brake feel alone kills the experience. A decent sound system can't make up for the lack of a volume knob either. VW has a good first attempt at a mass-market EV with the ID.4. Let's hope they can fix many of these issues with upcoming VW EVs.
