Japanese top bartender can create cocktails quickly just by tasting drinks they see for the first time, right?

We brought in a bottle, tasted it on the spot → and asked him to improvise 3 types of cocktails that do not yet have a name.

The moonshine "whisky" is not popular in Japan yet. Moonshine is a corn whiskey before it is aged in barrels, and the ingredients used this time were 80% corn and 20% barley malt.
