The U.S. Senate has approved a major $95 billion foreign aid package with the bulk of it going to Ukraine and Israel. The package includes $61 billion in military aid for Ukraine to bolster it in its fight with Russia. And $26 billion for Israel as it continues to battle Hamas. 

What sort of impact will all of this new military spending have in the two major crisis zones?
