Hi, my name is Pamela Brar and I'm the medical director at the health nucleus here in La Jolla.
I'm so excited to be your health nucleus doctor and I look forward to spending time with you to understand your health concerns and goals over the next year and beyond. Over the last five years, our team at human longevity has been at the forefront of delivering precision medicine. We've been utilizing powerful tools including whole genome sequencing and imaging to peel back the layers of human health and we're always evolving to include newer technologies including wearables and other devices in our investigation of your best health.

About our 100 plus membership program:
This is a signature program that we've designed after seeing over 4 000 clients. Our membership provides you access to me as well as a team of our clinical experts to take the data from your health nucleus visit and ignite it into an action plan over the coming year. This will include an initial intake where you and I will sit together on zoom or in-person and agree upon our goals and focus for the coming year. We'll have quarterly touchpoints and then the opportunity to check your progress towards those goals using our technologies.
