This video is about How to Remove Water spots from the surface of Your Vehicle.

Within This Video, We look at how to safely remove heavy Mineral and Calcium deposits from a Mercedes Sprinter Van which was parked by a sprinkler system and the water was allowed to be baked onto the surface of the paint, windows and plastic parts.

Once the Vehicle was washed we Clay Bar the paint and windows to remove any surface contamination that normal washing will not remove. We then start the Water spot treatment to breakdown the minerals and calcium.


We use Car Beauty Pro “Water Spot Remover”, This is a mild acid based product so Gloves and eye protection are advised. In this instance we used it also on the plastic panels as the water spotting was very bad in these areas. Our only stipulation is Do Not let it sit on the plastics too long, then wash off with clean water.

With the Glass We used a Glass polish in conjunction with fine wire wool to remove any remaining deposits. Important Note: Do not use the wire wool on the inside of the windows if they are Tinted, The wire wool will scratch the surface of the tint.
