Recipe 1:
Ingredients:
2 chicken fillets.
remove excess moisture.

Sweet paprika 1/2 tsp.
Black pepper 1/2 tsp.
soy sauce 1 tbsp.
Olive oil 1 tbsp.
mix well.
Let marinate for 30 minutes.
2 eggs.
Parmesan 1 cup.
Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp.
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp.
Paprika 1/2 tsp.
Use parchment.
Dip fillet in egg.
Then in breadcrumbs.
Bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes.

5 potatoes.
Cut into sticks.
Soak in cold water for 30 minutes.
Dry well.
Cornstarch 1 tbsp.
Vegetable fat.

Fry for 4-6 minutes.
