building en testing the most clever charcoal grate design I've ever seen it's helping to filter the dust out from the source en the pressure drop was in comparison about 1/3 of the second grade whit 8x8 mm square holes en 3mm wire en about 1/2 of the bigger bar grate whit 16mm bar en 20mm distance the flame even seem to increase in time (750mm long en 2cm pressure drop) en the unburned charcoal the gasifier produces after 6kg of fuel was neglectebly small
