Cream puffs have always been a favorite of mine but I went about 10 years getting to eat this delicious puffs because I was always a bit intimidated by them. I was sure that if I tried to make these, they would just turn into a giant mess. To my great surprise they not only turned out just how they should but taste amazing as well. The choux pastry puffs just as it should and leaves the perfect amount of space for all that delicious cream to fill it with.

I guarantee that when you serve these, everyone will be so impressed. Not only will they be so impressed but they won't believe you when you tell them that they are gluten free. They taste just as they should and brought back so many memories. Hope you enjoy these as much as I do!
