New compact complete collaborative solution for case forming, casepacking and palletizing.
Combination of two cobots operating simultaneously in a “U” configuration, to carry out the entire end-of-line process in a reduced footprint. It adapts to infeed conveyors depending on the product and to an independent case sealer. First cobot is in charge of the case forming and casepacking and the second one for casepacking and palletizing.

U configuration advantages are among others 35% in footprint (respect to “I” configuration) and 28% in costs (respect to “I” configuration).

Benefits if both cobots are involved in casepacking:
