Ingredients and recipe:
- Warm milk 270 ml
- Dry yeast 8 g (2 tsp)
- Sugar 4 tbsp.
- Vanilla sugar 1 tsp.
1. Mix with a whisk
- Eggs 2 pcs.
- Salt 1/2 tsp.
2. Mix again with a whisk
- All-purpose wheat flour 720-750 g (add in parts)
- Melted butter 70 g (5 tbsp)
3. Mix all ingredients with a spatula
4. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
5. Place the dough on the table
6. Knead for 4-5 minutes, the dough should become smooth and not stick to your hands.

8. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
9. Cover with a towel and leave for 55-60 minutes
10. The dough has risen well, look how nice and airy it is
11. Dough weight 1096 g.
12. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts
13. Roll them into a ball
14. Place each ball on baking paper
15. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes

18. Cut into 4 equal parts
