Asslam o alaikom, hello and welcome back dear friends. It is very hard to loose weight, stay healthy and enjoy tasty food but not anymore I like to recreate ordinary recipes and convert them into keto. Our today's recipe is traditional Cashew barfi with just 1 or 2 carbs depending on the size. If you want to go crazy and have a bigger piece than 2 carbs otherwise just 1 carb.
