Here's a recipe for Chicken Manchurian with Egg Fried Rice:

Chicken Manchurian Ingredients:
- 500g boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 egg
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
- Spring onions for garnish

For the Sauce:
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 capsicum, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup chicken stock or water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 4 tablespoons water

Egg Fried Rice Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old rice)
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
- 1 capsicum, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions:

#### Chicken Manchurian:
1. Marinate the chicken pieces with soy sauce, tomato ketchup, chili sauce, vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger, cornstarch, egg, and salt. Mix well and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Once the oil is hot, fry the marinated chicken pieces until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels.
3. In another pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Add chopped onion and capsicum. Saute for a few minutes until they become soft.
4. Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, chili sauce, sugar, and chicken stock or water. Mix well and bring it to a boil.
5. Add the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens.
6. Add the fried chicken pieces to the sauce and toss until they are well coated.
7. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.

#### Egg Fried Rice:
1. Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
2. Add chopped carrot and capsicum. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
3. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and pour the beaten eggs onto the other side. Scramble the eggs until they are cooked.
4. Mix the cooked eggs with the vegetables.
5. Add cooked rice to the pan and stir well to combine with the vegetables and eggs.
6. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly and cook for another couple of minutes.
7. Garnish with chopped spring onions (optional) and serve hot with Chicken Manchurian.
