Andi Mack

Arty Andi Mack has always been taught to play life on the safe side, but this 13-year-old has swapped her usual life full of rules and routine for adventure and excitement! This change starts when her cool, free-spirited and totally awesome sister Bex returns on her birthday and reveals some big news (and by big we mean ginormous, gigantic, MIND BLOWING)… Bex isn’t Andi’s sister, she’s her mum 😱! Andi is now on a road to self-discovery and is joined by her besties Cyrus and Buffy who are too on a mission to find themselves and where they fit in the world.

Whilst on their journey, Andi discovers that life isn’t always perfect but it’s the unexpected moments that make it exciting and interesting! Talking of unexpected… thanks to Bex, Andi becomes good friends with her crush, Jonah Beck! But his mean and icky girlfriend Amber 😷 is always trying to get between them. Could she win him over with her kindness? Who knows 😏!

Who’s who?

Andi Mack (Peyton Elizabeth Lee) is the DIY queen! She’s extremely arty, creative and uses crafts to make all sorts of things like bracelets and necklaces – this girl can turn just a few materials into something uber cool at the drop of a hat 👒! When her sister Bex returns she is told a life-changing secret, but with the help of her family and best friends she comes to terms with it, giving her a whole new outlook on life.

Cyrus Goodman (Joshua Rush) is one of Andi’s best friends and what an awesome bestie he is! Cyrus was one of the first people to find out about the big secret and has been there for her ever since, knowing exactly what to say when she is feeling down. Although he isn’t considered popular, he is a loyal and trustworthy friend which we think makes him the coolest kid in school! 😄

Buffy Driscoll (Sofia Wylie), the third and final member of ‘The Good Hair Crew’ alongside Cyrus and Andi. She is confident, supportive and not afraid to tell her friends when they make a mistake, exactly the type of friend Andi needs as she begins to alter her life completely! Unlike the other two, Buffy is crazy good at sports and loves being on the Jefferson Middle School’s track team 🏃.

Jonah Beck (Asher Angel) is not only captain of the Space Otters Ultimate Frisbee Team and the coolest kid at Jefferson Middle School but also Andi’s crush 😍. He is extremely athletic and begs Andi to come outside and play with him more… too bad Amber always crashes and ruins their fun 👎. We are SOO team Andi!

Bex Mack (Lilan Bowden) is Andi’s fun-loving, carefree big sister. She has been travelling the world, living her life as an adventure for pretty much the whole of Andi’s existence but has come back for her sister’s 13th birthday. However, Bex’s sudden return is not without purpose, she has a big birthday surprise to give to Andi whether she likes it or not 😱.

Celia Mack (Lauren Tom) is the definition of an over-protective mother! 🙅She has been strict on both her children growing up, encouraging them to always be perfect and sensible… BORING, that’s why Bex is so cool and rebellious now. Celia has trouble adjusting when the secret is revealed and like her children has a lot to learn, but this family can get through anything… right?

Amber (Emily Skinner) Amber alert, Amber alert! Amber is your typical mean girl… you know the one. She is Jonah’s girlfriend and insanely jealous of Andi when they spend time together so much that she’s usually rude to her in front of Jonah and never lets them be alone together 😟.
