This is a comparison of Yamaha YAS 207 and Samsung HW R650 soundbars sound in my living room.

Recordings were made in a normal living room of about 40 square meters (about 430 square feet). The room has a kitchen annex and an entrance hall. Soundbars were located 1 meter / 3.3 feet from the front wall under 43'' TV. The distance from the speakers to the listening position was 2.7 meters / 9 feet. Neumann KM183 microphones were mounted on a tripod at the listening position at about ear height of a seating person. All videos on this channel were made using the same microphones.

Recordings by genre:
Jazz — 00:00
Choir — 01:00
Pop — 02:00
Rock/Punk — 03:00
Classical — 04:00

This video allows you to figure out how soundbars may sound in your own listening room.
