For much of this year, I've compromised on the little things that bring me joy. I spent my days either working on my day-job or working on my YouTube during my off-hours. When my symptoms of anxiety became crippling, I've since started taking my mental health much more seriously. In addition to therapy, I also learned to set boundaries for myself when it comes to how I use my time. A few things I've started doing are having one 'off' day each week where I completely unwind and stop working on anything after 8pm, dedicating time to workout (started classpass again and doing pilates + barry's bootcamp!), investing in new friendships, and most importantly, being kind to myself. It's the little things!
