Ingredients:
0.6 lb parsnip
1.5 lb rainbow carrots
0.5 lb Yukon gold potatoes
0.8 lb red skin potato
0.6 lb golden beets
0.7 lb white sweet potatoes
4.5 oz red beets
1 large onion
5 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup avocado oil
3 sprigs of thyme
2 small sprigs rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
