High water pressure is not good for plumbing fixtures. In this video I show how to install and adjust a Water Pressure Reducing Valve. Pressure can be lowered or raised to between 25 & 75 Psi. You can buy a Prv with Pex inlet and outlet but the store I went to only had this one so I had to convert to pex by a soldering adapter and threaded adapter.
