ICICI Bank has taken swift action following a breach of credit card data affecting approximately 17,000 new customers. The bank has responded by immediately blocking the compromised cards and issuing new ones to affected customers. Unauthorized individuals accessed the data, prompting concerns from customers who voiced their worries on social media regarding the bank's iMobile Pay app. Users reported instances where sensitive credit card information, such as card numbers and CVVs, were inexplicably visible on the app. Furthermore, some users encountered complete card details of unknown individuals while using the app.
