Bore Kare Gun Cleaning Kit How Good is it? After firing maybe 500 plus (probably closer to 600) rounds out of my Reximex RP 0.22 cal, maybe it was a good time to clean the barrel LOL! I use a Bore Kare gun cleaning kit. It's sort of specifically for real firearms because it contains some special brushes (mine's 22 and 30 cal kit) for the breech of a firearm (you will have to wait until June to see those videos of the real thing!) however, right now m one of my PCP pistols needs a good clean. My kit also came with some very handy plastic picks which although Bore Kare say they would be useful for cleaning a real firearm, they can of course be used to remove O-rings without damaging the O-ring seating surface, these are very handy tools.


Anyway just check the video to see the results for yourself. I use a borescope for the final inspection.
