Thomas does the challenge Gordon made up, and they race through the countryside but Thomas accidentally does something at Knapford and later on, he chugs even faster and goes onto the wrong line because he heads towards a dangerous, old magical tunnel.
After that, Thomas finds himself back on the Island of Sodor and is reunited with his coaches, Annie and Clarabel.
