It’s been 6 weeks using Xylitol on a daily basis to help heal my Teeth. The results are very good. Xylitol draws saliva from the glands in the mouth which carry minerals for remineralisation. Xylitol is different to other sugars, which means its feeds the good bacteria in your mouth and supports good oral health by naturally rebalance the micro biome. The results so far are very encouraging.

My daily use.
From studies, the recommended use is approximately 8 to 10 gram a day in about 4 to 6 servings. I take approximately a quarter of a teaspoon after each meal and drink adding up to about 10-12 grams. I’ve listed some good quality options below available worldwide.
