Nidhi Belani is an Ex- Singapore Airlines Cabin Crew. She joined as a Flight stewardess and with-in a record time of 5 years, was promoted to a Leading stewardess and was in-charge of supervising and mentoring crew on flights. As a Rank Trainer with Singapore Airlines, she has trained and coached for 6 years. She was also part of the recruiting team involved in the interview process for new recruits. She has more than 15 years of training and coaching experience in the customer service and hospitality industry. What better use will be of that experience than to share it with all of you
