Zortrax Endureal is a dual-extrusion industrial 3D printer that operates in high temperatures required for printing the most demanding high-temp polymers, such as Z-PEI 9085 and PEEK-based filaments.

Endureal can achieve a maximum extruder to temperature as high as 480°C (896°F). The printing chamber and printing bed can be heated up to 200°C (392°F) and 220°C (428°F), respectively. The ability to heat the printing chamber to such a high level is crucial for high-performance materials that need to go through the process of annealing - when the printer models are heated and then slowly cooled down to dissipate the stresses accumulated during the printing process.

The printing process is controlled with multiple sensors that track the printer’s components performance and prevent it from overheating. Material flow is monitored, and the user will get a notification whenever it jams or runs out. Additionally, Endureal is equipped with Blackout Response System to save the printing progress in case of a power outage, and it recovers the process when the power is back.

Zortrax Endureal has Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and USB connectivity. Combined with remote control through the Zortrax inCloud system, Endureal’s printing process can be remotely controlled by the user for a more convenient industrial 3D printing.
