Product-market fit is one of the hardest and elusive things to achieve in a startup. While there are lots of articles on product market fit, we want to have a real and live discussion about practical tactics for testing, measuring and revising key hypotheses in order to achieve it. We are going to talk about how to find it, how to keep it and when you know you have it.

We will also discuss the tradeoffs involved in creating products that are incremental, versus one’s that require a breakthrough before realizing PMF.
