Abby, van designer for Freedom Vans, gives a tour of The Health Sciences Mobile Health and Outreach Van for the University of Washington, made possible through a grant award. This is a pilot program that works to address critical gaps in health access, and partners with local organizations such as University District Street Medicine, Georgetown Tiny House Village, and others to provide basic preventive health and street medicine services for people experiencing homelessness, housing insecurity and other barriers to accessing healthcare.
