Anthony Hopkins has issued an acceptance speech after winning the Best Actor award at the Oscars.

The 83-year-old Welshman was not in LA or at the London ceremony to pick up his prize and he did not appear by video link to give an acceptance speech. However, he has now posted a video on his Instagram account.
