Our new development project required hammering out 12ft of ledge to put in the new foundation. This is the 45 White Oak project in Wellesley MA.
The project involved extensive ledge removal through hammering to excavate deep into the hill for a new single-family home foundation and garage, while also reducing the impact on nearby wetlands buffer zones through an improved site design.
