I take the cheapest cuts of pork and prepare two unusual dishes. If cheap doesn't mean tasteless! In the first recipe I cook pork trotters in spices and light beer. This pork trotters dish is typical of Asian cuisine and thanks to the many spices and sauces it will have an unbeatable taste. In the second recipe I cook pork ears, which produces a completely different result than the original product. Cook with love!
