Bailee Madison is set to be a Netflix star in the upcoming film “A Week Away”… but where did she come from and why does her smile look so familiar? It’s probably because we’ve actually been watching her grow up on screen for years! She literally appeared in commercials while she was still in a stroller! The 21-year-old actress performed in major movies and TV shows like Lonely Hearts, Bridge to Terabithia, Brothers, Don’t Be Afraid off the Dark, Wizards of Waverly Place, Trophy Wife, Once Upon a Time, The Fosters, Good Witch and countless others. After taking a couple years off to pursue other ventures, Madison is back and this time, in a more mature role than we’ve seen before!
The actor also has a plethora of titles to her name which include author, fashion designer, producer, role model, philanthropist…. The list goes on. Did we mention she’s barely over 20 years old? If all that weren’t already a full plate, her next goal is to add directing to the list!
What’s more impressive than her extensive list of credits is the inspirational role she plays in Hollywood. The actress has grown up under a microscope and has approached the career with great stride and maturity - much of this she credits to her tight knit circle, who’ve supported her entire journey. Bailee is becoming more of a role model for young people and continues to spread positivity through speaking events and the podcast she hosts with her sister, “Just Between Us.” We’re glad we will get to see her back on screen soon and can’t wait to see what she creates from behind the camera as well!
