John D’Eri started Rising Tide Car Wash with a mission: to create an opportunity for his autistic son, Andrew, and other neurodivergent adults who are often overlooked by employers. Not only have they succeeded in this mission, but they’ve built a 3-location, 7-figure business in the process. Co-founder and COO Thomas D’Eri explains how to start a car wash with this kind of profit potential in this episode.

The D’Eris didn’t have any experience with running a car wash before they started Rising Tide. That’s the main reason they bought a struggling car wash business instead of building one from scratch, and that turned out to be a smart move. We’ll learn how they brought that first location back from the brink of failure in this video.
