I tested liqui moly over a month for piston carbon removal and can say that Liqui Moly valve clean works for piston carbon build up cleaning. To clean carbon without disassembly, especially for piston carbon cleaning, one has to resort to the use of fuel system cleaners or fuel additives. Not all cleaners work for carbon buildup removal as advertised, but I've definitely found how to clean carbon buildup in the combustion chamber. If you are asking "does Liqui Moly work?"
