We all experience Anxiety. It is basically an early warning system in your brain. When the warning system is triggered by an actual threat to your safety, a signal is sent out to your body to fight or flee and when you feel you cannot do either, you freeze. So, how does this apply to you now? Anxiety is all about your perceived threat of danger.

Remember, some amount of anxiety is good and normal for everyday life. It comes in many different forms and can look and feel different for everyone.

But when does experiencing anxiety cross the line from good to bad? The key to that question is whether anxiety is regularly interfering with your life or making you miserable. If anxiety reaches this level, talk to someone you trust. It takes courage to reach out!
