The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Arizona (BGCCAZ) raised over $460,000 at its sixth annual Dancing for the Stars, the non-profit’s major fundraiser of the year.

It was announced Saturday evening at the close of the event that celebrity dancer Matt Brassard and professional dancer Dre Caldwell won the competition.

Pairs of professional and celebrity dancers performed in this much-anticipated community event. Dancing for the Stars consists of a dance competition where local celebrities are paired with professional dancers to perform a wide variety of dance routines with the mission of raising funds for the BGCCAZ, to support kids in the community. All proceeds directly benefit local Clubs.
