Annual mammograms are crucial, but there’s more you can do! Maintaining a healthy weight, staying active, limiting alcohol consumption, and reducing exposure to endocrine disruptors have been shown to significantly decrease risk for breast cancer.

Women deserve better healthcare, and part of that means making sure doctors are properly educating women on their health and empowering them with options that improve their quality of life!
