Last year, I published a video on the various state incentives for purchasing or leasing electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids. Since that video was published, new incentives have been enacted, and existing ones modified or done away with. This video gives general information on the incentives that are available, state-by-state, and tells you where you can get additional information on each incentive.
